In the welding department of Giotto Fratelli, the many MIG / MAG and TIG welding stations, together with those for brazing, allow our skilled workers to demonstrate their ability in combining parts made out of carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloys and copper or brass alloys.
For processes requiring high productivity, repeatability and accuracy, we use a 3D laser welding station: a TRUMPF TruLaser Cell 7040.

Two automatic NC clamping benches allow us to weld in a clean and uniform manner roll bended items up to 1.5 meters in length and up to 1 meter in diameter, made of iron, stainless steel and aluminum alloys.
Spot welding, discharge welding.
We have different resistance spot welders for normal spot welding operations and we perform discharge welding of condensers for fixing pins, bushings, etc.
o assemble manufactured items composed of several pieces, where welding is not required or not possible, we can perform mechanical joining operations through screws, rivets, crimping operations and permanent or removable interlocking systems.
We can mount inserts of various types and various materials.
